Buckeye Ultra-Burr

The Buckeye Ultra-Burr is designed to deburr both tube ends simul- taneously and includes scaled adjustments to allow for brush concentration on the tube I.D., O.D., or both. Using the same brushing principles, notched tube guide rails allow deburring of squares, rectangles, and other non-round parts.

The Buckeye Ultra-Burr also includes a variable speed conveyor drive that allows you to transfer your product through the deburring machine at speeds that meet your production and end finish requirements.

Tube Length Adjustment: Length changeover can be accomplished in seconds.

Tube Diameter Adjustment: Diameter change is easily accomplished using scaled adjustment knobs.
